Precision Die-Cast Frames for the Display Industry
For every inch of light
ForgeEdge
Fifteen years dedicated to die-cast frames for display screens. From in-vehicle displays to outdoor advertising boards, LED stage rental cabinets to small-pitch conference room bezels — we use 3500 ton die-casting machines with ±0.1mm machining precision to provide every screen with a stable, lightweight, and modular structural foundation.
Precision
It's the display screen industry.
The only language of trust.
Our Philosophy
A拼接式 large-format display consists of dozens or even hundreds of cabinets. Even minor dimensional deviations in any single cabinet become visible dark seams across the entire screen. So we treat tolerance control as the product itself, not an inspection step.
Songyuxing's entire production capacity serves only one industry: displays. This means our mold design logic, wall thickness distribution expertise, and stress-relief processes are all refined around four key requirements: thin walls, lightweight construction, high flatness, and the ability to be repeatedly assembled and disassembled over long periods.
From the excellent castability and dimensional stability of ADC12 to the sealing and durability performance of A380 in outdoor heavy-duty enclosures,We'll provide material recommendations before discussing pricing.
Applications
8 display scenarios, 8 structural logics
Same die-cast frame, different demands: automotive requires vibration resistance and thermal stability; outdoor needs protection and sealing; rental calls for lightweight quick-release design; conference screens demand ultra-flat surfaces. We develop product lines tailored to each scenario.
Product Matrix
Six product lines covering all scenario structural requirements
Die-casting rental enclosure
A lightweight enclosure designed for the live events and performances market, supporting 500×500mm, 500×1000mm standard specifications, and curved splicing.
- One-piece die-cast construction with superior structural rigidity compared to sheet metal welding.
- Snap-lock structure cast as one piece; assemble in 10 seconds solo.
- Weight-reduced design to lower lifting and air freight costs
Fixed Die-Cast Enclosure
Designed for long-term outdoor installations such as large-format digital signage, sports stadiums, and building media displays, with balanced emphasis on sealing and heat dissipation.
- Integrated waterproof housing with sealing strip achieves IP65/IP66 rating.
- Ribs cast directly into the back for heat dissipation; no additional airflow components required.
- Optional A380 material for enhanced outdoor durability and sealing.
Bezel of the Fine-Pitch Conference Display
P0.9–P1.8 Fine-pitch scenarios require zero-tolerance seam alignment for close viewing. All reference surfaces undergo full CNC precision milling.
- Flatness controlled within 0.1mm; screen surface is flush.
- Four-corner locating pins for instant alignment upon installation.
- Matte black powder coating to reduce screen glare.
Rear bezel of the vehicle display screen
Structural backplates and heat dissipation frames for central control displays, instrument clusters, rear-seat entertainment screens, and bus infotainment displays.
- Vibration-resistant structure validation, compliant with automotive-grade vibration testing requirements
- Heat sink fins and mounting posts are cast as a single unit.
- Material batch traceability, compliant with OEM audits.
Bus stop sign outer frame
Enclosure for urban public transport information displays, balancing IP rating, anti-vandal strength, and city aesthetic requirements.
- Passed 48 hours of neutral salt spray test
- High-adhesion powder coating; UV-resistant, no chalking
- Front maintenance structure: roadside inspection without screen removal
Non-standard die-cast structural components
Custom development for transparent screen bezels, floor tile screen frames, cylindrical screen curved components, and irregular-shaped拼接 connectors.
- Perform DFM analysis to mitigate risks before mold development.
- In-house mold design and manufacturing for rapid modification response.
- 7–15 days to deliver first sample
Manufacturing Process
Eight steps, each traceable
End-to-end internal execution from drawing review to outgoing inspection—no outsourcing of critical processes.
DFM Review
Pre-analysis of wall thickness, draft angles, and shrinkage porosity risks; generate manufacturability report.
Mold Development
Self-designed and manufactured; validated via mold flow simulation for flow channels and cooling systems.
Alloy Melting
ADC12 / A380 fixed procurement with spectral analysis for batch-by-batch composition testing.
High-Pressure Die Casting
350 0T and larger tonnage machines: parameter locking, process data logging.
Deburr
Trimmed with a mold and hand-finished; no burrs or sharp edges on corners.
CNC finishing
Rough machining of datum and mating surfaces with tolerance stability within ±0.1mm.
Surface Finish
Sandblasting, powder coating, anodizing, and electrophoresis: 48-hour salt spray and adhesion testing.
100% Inspection Before Shipment
3D sampling, flatness inspection, assembly trial, then packaging and shipment.

Our Commitment
Three commitments written into the contract
The three most common industry pitfalls, addressed by our terms.
Specify precision in the contract.
Critical dimension tolerances are specified in the order attachment, along with the shipping inspection report. Any non-conforming batches will be reworked and shipped at our expense.
Include delivery date in the contract
Mold and mass production milestones confirmed in stages with visualized scheduling. Delays handled per agreed terms; no vague commitments made.
Material traceability throughout the entire process
Each heat alloy sample is retained with a spectral analysis report; batch numbers correspond one-to-one with shipping documents, enabling customer and third-party re-verification.
